The Product Team

Led by our Chief Product Officer, Zeeshan Qamruddin,  the Product team drives our company’s product strategy and brings together all business functions around it. This includes Technology, Growth/Marketing, Design, User Experience, Operations & Customer Support, and Cloud.

About The Challenge

As we enter an ambitious new stage of growth, we’re looking beyond our core products to find what our customers will need next. To lead this next chapter, we’re looking for a VP of Incubation Hub, reporting directly to the CPO.

In a nutshell, you’ll build and lead a new team whose job is to find, test, and develop new product opportunities for our customer base of millions, with more than 35 million domains sold. While our core teams grow and strengthen today’s products, you’ll explore what comes next. 

Think of the link between owning a domain and a social media presence, commerce and payments, or AI personal agents. You’ll start with a small team of product managers, and grow it from there. Working AI-first, you’ll move quickly across product, design and technology. Success won’t be measured by how many things you launch. It will be measured by how well you take ideas through the full cycle: testing, learning, and either scaling them or letting them go.

What You’ll Lead and Accelerate

Building What’s Next 

• Define the strategy and roadmap for the Incubation Hub, deciding which new ideas to explore, test, scale or stop.

• Run fast, focused experiments to validate new product opportunities with real customers before committing to full investment.

• Get hands-on with existing products, including Concept Lab offerings and VPN, to understand their real performance and potential, and decide where to invest further or wind down.

• Lead stop and transition decisions with care, moving customers to the right solutions and refocusing teams on new priorities.

• Partner with Growth on positioning, packaging and pricing for new offerings, making sure they bring real value to customers and the business.

• Work closely with adjacent verticals such as Digital Presence and Domains to make sure new products connect naturally with what customers already use.

AI-Forward Product Direction

• Define how AI reshapes the Apps & Tools portfolio, embedding AI-driven capabilities across email, security, marketing, and SEO tools to deliver smarter, simpler experiences for customers.

• Use AI, automation, and an agentic lens to guide portfolio decisions, identifying where AI can strengthen existing products, unlock new offerings, or replace legacy solutions. 

• Ensure AI capabilities connect across the broader platform, complementing the AI-native direction of Web Presence products.

 Leadership

• Lead the product teams across the portfolio through their respective leaders, driving clear accountability and performance.

• Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Finance around unified portfolio priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Establish a disciplined operating model that simplifies and scales execution.

 Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends.

• Translate market insights into actionable portfolio decisions.

• Position the portfolio to strengthen long-term differentiation and defensibility.

What You’ll Bring

• Breadth of experience across different companies, product types, and business models, combined with creativity in spotting new opportunities.

• Experience taking products through full lifecycles multiple times, from idea and testing through launch, pivots and, where needed, stopping, with first-hand learning from what didn’t work as well as what did.

• A track record of bringing AI-powered products or features to market, and an AI-native way of working day to day.

• Experience building product teams from the ground up, hiring strong talent and growing the team as the work expands.

• Founder-like energy and ownership, combined with the ability to work well within a larger organization.

• A real, current pulse on the market and emerging tech, ideally with your own voice in the space (writing, speaking, or active in industry conversations).

• Comfort working in ambiguity, with a practical eye for which ideas are worth pursuing and the ability to bring them to customers.

• Leads with candor and integrity: comfortable challenging the status quo and committed to doing the right things in the right way.
